Tonight we waited 45 minutes for our food and my sandwich was dried

Elise was our server 3-14-2024 and she was so great. Great service. I have a tree nut allergy. On the website the chocolate cake is marked as allergy safe. I asked her if she had time could she check the ingredients for the chocolate cake. She went back and looked at the box. She took a picture and came back to me and showed me where it said processed in a plant with peanuts and nuts. That makes it unsafe for me to eat. I am so appreciative of her extra effort and saving me from having to use my epipen. Thats very dangerpus of RT to improperly list allergy free items.The salad bar was good and clean. The deconstructed beef kabobs were very tasty. The great service and friendly server Elise made our lunch so enjoyable. I hope she gets a bonus from RT for going above and beyond. I did mention it to the man at the front desk.Dietary restrictions: Tree nut allergy . the chocolate cake was listed as safe on the website and the box shows processed in a plant with peanuts and nuts. That makes it unsafe for people with allergies.

The food was good and the service was average. Clean restaurant.

Very disappointed : Chicken carbonara was tasteless; endless salad bar had few choices; ribeye seemed more like a sirloin cut, was well done though medium was ordered. At least the scallops tasted good. The waiters helpful and friendly. The ambience was also good.

We got seated and waited for 15 minutes and never got waited on do we left. Very poor service, no service at all.
