Mcdonald's - Joliet

Fresh food good service and very clean. Went around noon didn't have to wait long for food even with it busy. Order was accurate

I work at Cornerstone Services. I work with adults who have mental and physical disabilities. I brought a small group into your store today for some coffee. It was raining outside and the manager noticed some of my clients using the lift of our van to get out. She ran out with an umbrella and escorted my clients in the building to help them keep somewhat dry. She then came back for me since I was still outside closing up and locking up the van. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The cashier was even super friendly as my clients were placing their coffee orders!

New Lenox restaurants were closed and decided to stop at the nearest McDonald’s that was supposed to be 24 hours. After showing up, an employee states that all of the staff called off and they are not selling anything tonight. Ridiculous, then why stay open?

A terrible experience at this McDonald’s.ordered a frappe through the mobile app only to be told they are not serving them rather then to bother to take them off the menu and then proceed to tell me that I have cannot get a refund but have to go through corporate to get a refund.in addition the store is a absolute mess from counter to table to bathrooms and also in the post Covid era they are one of the few McDonald’s to still have the soft drink beverage bar closed rather serving a attitude instead
