YUM! I love Pals. Every time I go to Johnson City, I listen to every pal I find. Between the reasonable prices, amazing tea, tasty burgers and irresistible frits, I just can't stay away. Pals Jonesborough is no different. My food is fresh, I get it fast, they repeat ALWAYS my order, and the staff is friendly. Wonderful amazement.

I worked there for three years and it's the cleanest restaurant I've ever been. Staff work very hard and keep the place as clean as possible at any time. I enjoy stopping and getting food and knowing that it is clean, the food is great, and the staff are so professional and friendly!

Let me take a minute to talk about Pal’s. If you’re from around here and you haven’t heard about ’em… you live under a rock. If you’re new to the area, it’s okay to believe the hype. Pal’s is great! And it’s cheap, like uncomfortably cheap. Like it makes everyone else look like they’re ripping you off! But really, the menu is very simple. Burgers, shakes, fries and dogs. Great breakfast too. The policy here is keep it simple. They’re also very friendly. Like I couldn’t find my bank card and the boss was like, “hey don’t worry about it buddy!”
