What a rude thing. We went inside to see if it wasn't too busy for us. We were shouted at to order first! Well, not this way at all. I'll never come back here again. Review just updated after a nice response from the owner. Visit date was Sunday, February 25. It was very busy inside and overcrowded that day. Perhaps irritation among staff. But you have to be prepared for that and snapping at customers doesn't make things better. If they had spoken to me politely, I would have understood. Service: 1

Get a delicious bag of fries for a reasonable price (for the center of Amsterdam, and such a good bag of fries). Staff were friendly and no-nonsense. Food was good and ready quickly, I was back outside in a few minutes with a great bag of fries. Recommended!
