Everything was amazing, from service to room to outdoors and spa. Everything is thought out in detail, you feel good and you don’t want to leave.

Hotel 5* ..but the staff is not at all at the height... That's the big problem. The staff at the bar doesn't know what it has for sale.. doesn't make the difference between in blue johnny walker and a black.. doesn't know anything about champagne.. service in the room hyper long... we called twice to see where it was the order of a bottle, the 3rd time, we moved directly to the bar.! Average for a room at 700€ night. The cleaning staff: friendly young boys but who leaves without removing the champagne bucket, the cups and the empty bottle of the terrace.. who does not put an order in the towels of the bathroom.. who does not fill the mini bar.. who does not change the glasses and cups rooms....I made them notice qd I found them in the nearby room. they made a posteriori... We had orange red ants that fell on the pillow ... we got stinged at night..response..we're sorry. we can't do much... The gastronomic meal..aseptized. not really taste... rubber rubber... plastic trout.. zero difference between each dish..super damage. Apart from that, Room 201 is very nice. The view and the super beautiful corner, the little dej, correct with very good Vienneses it was my pleasure! And then that's all. 2 nights , 2000€ and not satisfied.. it's a pity, isn't it.?

Excellent family stay! The estate is beautiful, the main stone mas is splendid, the heated swimming pool at 29 and the breakfast terrace have a panoramic view of the valley of the breathtaking Luberon. The staff is exceptional: Manon de la réception has reserved us an exemplary welcome, Evgeni and Kelly of the pdj are incredible of efficiency and especially kindness! It was a real pleasure to be served every morning by them! Also very helpful and friendly rider who manages the bags from the car to the room. Only housekeeping could be improved ... because clearly not at the level of the rest of the services... damage! Tennis is very pleasant, snowshoes and balls are provided. Same for the petanque. An excellent stay, we were not disappointed! Thanks to the whole team.

Very nice quiet hotel. The classic room is a little small but for two days it's okay. If you stay longer it's better to book a larger room. I recommend this hotel

A beautiful hotel, very well maintained! We took full view of it But we were all disappointed by the reception (no presentation on the hotel, a not very clean swimming pool.. On the other hand, we ate very well at the hotel restaurant! Unfortunately the service is really to review... we have been disappointed, in view of the price we expect to spend a pleasant time with the server but it has not been the case (we always understand that the current situation does not fix things..
