Marash is known for its ice. this is one of the most famous places to get marash dondurma or marash eis. it is made from natural cow milk and most procedures are manual and handmade with traditional methods. very unique taste.
Better to ask instead of choosing from the menu. The list is impressive, the stock is thinner.
