Rude employees, do not care how your food is cooked and presented to you and smoking in a local shop where you can eat food for shopping customers who are not smokers at least some of them. How can someone even allow this place to remain open. Health inspectors must visit and stop this place until they are proven to have approved FDA and OSHA.
You never answer the phone, but who you get there and say why you never get the phone the answer that you get is you can order online-Hexe I understand, but I dare that I can't order it online so wats the sense of having a phone wen you don't answer there ever other pizza place answer and you can order online with the as well....y'all really need to get it together or rent it better then ppl
This use to be my favorite to go, she always got my wings until today, as an employee made a mistake and then rude and served me with the most dried and small wings cuz they do not listen to my order properly, and no one ever answers the phone to make a complaint, what the employees wrong and childish I will never go back there, perhaps they need to do better employees, they work almost 8 dollars
Easy experience and customer service!!! I went to lunch yesterday and waited 5 minutes before the checkout took my order for a lunch box. I gave him my card and tool. He then put it in the register next to going through and continued to go back and began to argue with the cook for a good 5 minutes quesing and verbal fights. It sounded like the Jerry Springer Show when customers were in the store. Then he comes back with my food and asks if I paid, and then I tell him that I gave him my card and he tells me I didn't give it to him. Then I tell him he took it and put it on the register. After trying to shoot for it, tells me he gave it to the lady in the car thru. So I didn't just get lunch, but I had to call my bank to freeze my account and go to my bank to get a new card that cost me $10. All I got out of the cash register was a tutorial and decided to take orders. This is by far the worst experience I've been dealing with! I won't be here again! I wouldn't even give this a star, but it doesn't let me post without him.
Unfortunately, we won't be back. We prepaid for a pick up order and arrived at the time requested. We sat waiting for service for 45 mins. My husband had to knock on the drive through window to get someone's attention. There were also missing items. We would have just left, but we had already paid and a had a kiddo we had promised pizza.
