The waiter didn't bother to let us know that the kitchen is closing at 10pm if we wanted to order deserts He just simply surprised us by putting our check on the table for us to pay. We were confused and upset we told him we are not done,we're planning to order desert he said “oh, kitchen is already closed”
The greeting was a man who opened the door for us and then just walked away and it turned out he was the host. I had to go find him to get seated. The server was kind and could have been that he was busy, but never checked on us after food arrived. I also had to seek him out to get assistance. My steak was overcooked but I just went ahead and ate it bc I didn't have time to address it. My daughter couldn't even finish her salmon bc it was half raw. The biggest bummer was that NOT ONE person asked how our experience was. I wouldn't have left this review if I was given the opportunity to offer it in person. $30 a plate is definitely not the most expensive meal I've ever paid for... but it's not small either during the times we are in. It really should be honored with at minimum a check in.
Loved that it was by the water. Great little spot. Nice wine and good food. Servers and bartender were very pleasant.
The food DOES NOT match the photos you see here. Nor did the menu match what you see here. Drinks were very good, atmosphere and view were great, presentation of food was good, the food itself was fine, but not all that. Not for the price. Not bad, by any means, but not what we expected. That crab benedict dish was not as described. Where's the poblano pepper? Where was the english muffin?
Ignored for at least ten minutes to the point of going to front desk to ask for at least water. Many staff walked right by us. Eggs benny was overcooked. Too bad the service and food are subpar considering the incredible view.
