Nothing further to discuss over there! The chicken curry had good flavor but was a little dry in my opinion. Beware of the little shards of bone in the chicken atleast you know it's real chicken! . And finally, i loved the lentils. There was a kick to it that complemented it well. I accidentally bit into a chili pepper though and thought my face was on fire. I wished there was another piece of naan or a side of rice for the combo since the curry and lentils went well with a carb and was missing that when I finished the naan
Delicious food, well spiced and really nice owners. Everything I ordered was really good and generously portioned. You can't ask for much more!
Have been here twice now. All the food is perfectly spiced and flavored. Nothing short of fantastic.
The Indian cuisine at Halal Food is absolutely delicious and the owners serve their customers with warmth and kindness. I have tried two entrees and an appetizer so far and plan to try as many items on their menu moving forward. As a first time customer, try their samosa (appetizer), chicken tandoori (main entree) and their dessert! I enjoyed every bite and planning to order my dinner at Halal for the evening. Chow!
Located in the corner of the plaza on washington and western. Food was great ordered a chicken curry, garlic naan and 2 chicken samosas. The chicken curry was medium spice but ill get spicy next time. Remember there are bones in the chicken so be sure to check before just biting in. Garlic naan was great. I dont like excessively oily or too garlicky naan but this one had a great balance. Samosas. The crust was nice. Other samosas have a lot of flakiness and crunch to the crust but this was more soft and i didnt have to worry about a mess. Overall food was great! Definitely will go back to try some different choice
