Pollos Sherman

The Peruvian-style grilled chicken is very delicious. The only thing I would recommend is to serve ají pollera like the one from Peru.

Chaufa malazo rice...pure rice I had to look with a magnifying glass for the egg or the meat or bacon or chaufa...I didn't finish, I felt the taste of the reheated oil in my throat...I had tea with lemon but after 2 hours. ..ugly experience...pure rice for 14 dollars?? It doesn't happen naaaa.

It's a little place but it's the best most authentic peruvian roasted chicken you'll find in LA. Great price good portions Love the salad dressing. Need the recipe! It smells like peru when you walk through the door. With the wood they use to roast the chicken.
