Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Kamloops

The service was quick, although we have been turned away before due to the popularity of this place, so be prepared to wait in line! Our group of 5 was seated comfortably and service was efficient. Most of us ordered burgers, while I opted for the whiskey, which was a reliable choice. I was not disappointed! We also tried the bottomless Yam Fries, which were delicious but filling. The fries were slightly overcooked, but I still managed to finish them all. I tried the cherry lime lemonade, which was a bit subtle in flavor, but after a refill, I opted for a different type of lemonade which I enjoyed. Overall, a good spot for families and easy to have conversations. I highly recommend this place, as I don't think there is a bad item on the menu.

I have been craving a Banzai burger ever since Red Robin closed all their Alberta locations. The burger at this restaurant was exactly what I had been hoping for. However, the restaurant was in need of some repairs, as we noticed a collapsed booth and other areas that looked shiny and new. The service was clearly lacking and we will likely not be returning to this place in the future.

There were four people at our table. We ordered drinks, but after about 15 minutes, a tray with drinks arrived and two of them were incorrect. Another 15 minutes passed before another drink arrived. Ten minutes later, our food came out, but one drink was still missing. One of the meals was incorrect and had to be sent back. Another order had to be cancelled. Once the correct meals finally arrived, the food was decent, but the overall service was terrible. We will not be returning.

First and first I was in the red robin. waited fifteen minutes to get what I needed to drink my coffee (cream and a spoon). my meals, cheeks and garnel could have been classified as a child's meal, no cocktail. for the garnels, was provided with teersauce. Zero refills on drinks. unimpressed with their customer service.

I came here with my family and they have very bad service and its slow. Every time my mom asks for a root beer float they say they don’t have any ice cream while 5 minutes later I see another family get one. When my...son gets his tiny chocolate milk they purposefully take a long time to get the refill.
