Gambero d'oro - Kamp-Lintfort

The Gambero d'oro is a beautiful restaurant in an old house in the center of Kamp-Lintfort. The service is good, food very good and not expensive

I love Italian restaurant, but this one in this small town or village, if I can say it, its simply amazing. The service is really good to say nothing. Food is my God! It's just so delicious, the ambience is... good. I usually go for salads or pizza when I go to an Italian restaurant, but this time I went for the fish and vegetables. Uhmm! First look at the roasted fish was presented so well (the meal was some roasted potatoes, some broccoli and spinach on one side with a roasted fish)! Normally, the fish is roasted with its bones, and we asked them, the bones after cooking and before serving us, and they did how beautiful it was that they usually did not. So while they were right in front of us, they took off the bones. I can't remember the meal we had, but my friend placed the order for both of us, as I trust him, to know my taste. Sure, if you are near the town of Kamp-lintfort and you love Italian restaurant, this restaurant will blow your mind after the first bite.

Food is very good. The owner (think so) is not always taken seriously as he jokes a lot. Some guests were upset. He told them to go somewhere else!

We arrived quite late in this village and we were advised to dinate here, and that was really good suggestions. We were served by a friendly and efficient half Italian half-German lady, who was promptly and attentive to our needs, We have... a good pizza, some delicious salads and some pasta with mushrooms that gave us all happy and happy really good service, generous portions and warm welcome.

This is a very tasty kitchen and a very nice staff. A great family business
