Tim Hortons - Kanata

Service quickly efficient. had a good choice of muffins donuts.

Doors were locked. Had to use drive thru. Long wait times. Signage posted about hiring more staff.

Great good, great and snacks, and always something new on the menu

It's a typical Tim Hortons but it seems with this one that in the drive-thru they're extremely slow. I go every morning and despite only 2 or three people in the drive-thru it takes a considerable amount of time. I ordered a tea this morning and I waited 7 minutes. Maybe the orders in front of me were big orders but I was given the wrong tea and when I'm at the window waiting...that was a 2 minute wait. Many people working on the inside but they don't seem to connect the dots very well as a team

Too crowded, your waiting in line in-between people with no masks. Yet the secluded areas away from the lineup are blocked off for seating
