Gyoza No Ohsho - kanazawa

This restaurant is well-known as the most popular gyoza chain in Japan. They offer Chinese dishes like fried rice and gyoza at very affordable prices. Almost all menu items can be purchased for takeout. If the restaurant isn't too busy, customers can order their food and be on their way home in about 20 minutes.

I also go to Oushou in Nonoichi. It is the same chain, but I feel like this restaurant has larger portions. However, the restaurant is a bit small and I often come to eat alone, so I sit at the counter, but it is a bit disappointing that the counter is small. The photo is of sweet and sour pork.

The food is delicious, but the deputy manager's seating arrangement for customers is extremely disorganized. Even though it's crowded during lunch time, it's truly unacceptable to seat a single diner at a table. If they had paid attention to the customers, they would have noticed that there were seats available at the counter. It's not just about the food, they should also learn how to increase turnover rate. What a shame...
