Unfortunately, they die more and more. who want to experience a fully grounded kitchen, always freshly cooked and with rustic ambiente, nix as well as hints. carving with pommes, fresh sausages, in the season wild, on Sunday also with a sweet or just a spekbrot (his still baked) bibeleskäs or the self-made ice will come back. several times in the year, in the cold seasons, there are the already described metzgete. call them and ask them for the next date. then they should reserve. otherwise they keep this locally, so it remains a secret drink.
On the search for a typical gas house landed here. great ambiente, beautiful terrace, beautiful service and megaleckere dine. and all affordable. free local color of friendly masters / residents of the place understandable ... because here are born regularly. I'm back.
The slaughtering plate is absolute top class, the sea radishe sauce is even the best I ever got. that I make small strokes in the environment and in the service, it is only due to the fact that there must also be an increase.
Zwei Mal Schlachtplatte bestellt. Das Essen war fast kalt…Due Meerrettichsauce war zu süß. Das Kesselfleisch hat abgestanden/alt geschmeckt. Die Blutwurst war fad und die Leberwurst hatte eine ganz komische flüssige Konsistenz. Meine Begleitung musste sich in der Nacht noch übergeben. Trotz Reservierung saßen wir im kalten Nebenraum. Außer uns war noch ein alter Herr im Nebenraum. Die Bedienung kam (vermutlich durch den abgelegenen Sitzplatz) eher selten vorbei. Hatten uns den Aufenthalt, aufgrund der zahlreichen positiven Bewertungen, anderes vorgestellt.
Das beste Essen weit und breit! Nach 30 Jahren wieder unsere Lieblingsgaststätte besucht! Wunderbar!
