Boho Sway At Canary - Kansas City

Wife and I stopped by for some drinks around 5 to catch the happy hour on the rooftop. We loved the seating up there and the weather was perfect. Service was refreshingly fantastic, and the drinks were delicious. 1 star knocked off as depending on who you order the drink from at the bar it will likely taste different for the same drink. A bit of inconsistency on that front.

This place was really cute inside! We had the lemon grass fried chicken (YUM) and the crab bites (ALSO YUM)! Would come back for those two things for sure. For the main meal I got the salmon omelet which was definitely a little bland. It was also a little burnt so I added their sway sauce which made it better. I don't recommend that item. Which is why I dropped the rating. He got the avocado toast and it was exactly what you'd think. I think it may have needed a sauce like a hollandaise sauce or something.The restaurant was hard to find, the area is under construction so you really have to dig for it. It's under the apartment buildings tucked away. The service was great, our server was very nice and friendly and we felt very welcomed when we arrived.

Cute place with rooftop but the food was not worth the prices. had to park a bit far away and the walk to the restaurant was sketchy.

Parking not best, entrance difficult, weird and uncomfortable. Watched diners get up and leave, some walk in to turn around and leave. They where in some transition to turn into night club. They kept counting seats and saying there about to be done. Black sheets hanging on walls, disorganized, unsettling.

This place is awful. A group of us went for Sunday brunch at 11am. We barely got service. In 90 minutes we all got 1 drink and no food. I will never return. The food looked good but I didn't get to try it because of the negligent service. At the 45 minute mark we asked if our food would be out in the next 20 minutes, we were told yes. That was a lie. The server before she left blamed us, saying she thought we canceled our order. We did not cancel our order. No thanks Boho Trash at Canary.
