Mcdonald's - Kansas City

Ya know it is just McDonald's no longer a place to actually expect hot or even Luke warm food. I was hungry and said eh Whatever. That was my first mistake. Why take it back. Oh it'll be better?! Right!

As good as it gets, we got right on time for lunch. All the food was really fresh and prepared on a timely manner. Even coffee was great. It was 25F, so something warm was a bless! Plus the deals are great if you have the app!

Use to never have any issues here and always frequent it after work, honestly too much lol, but the last 6 months I have been having more and more issues. Cold/warm nasty fries, dried out bread on the burger, and the amount of times I 've had to repeat Iwant everything a large and they still dont do it sometimes. Tonight I asked multiple times to make my whole meal a large. Theyconfirmed ah huh and when I tried mentioning the screen still said medium they ignored me and still got a medium dry evenafter making sure they made it a large at the first window. I 'm just trying to eat.

I don't personally feel that their burgers have the same quality they use to have. The items I liked the most were their mushroom Swiss burger and their grilled chicken salad was great. But they did away with both of those items so I don't go therelike I use to.

Not very friendly staff for mobile order curbsides pickup. When my order needs to have more time, the staff at the drive through ask me to pulled over to the front and I missed the signed for order pickup so I park at the parking near by. When the staffcame out she didn't see me at the designated parking and I wave to her. She was very mean to me and didn't want to walk 10 stepsand ask me to drive over there and blame me that I was not following the sign. After I went back to our hotel, the chocolatemilk for my grandson's happy meals was not in his happy meals box nor in our orders bag.
