Good portions, affordable prices, the vegetarian pho is filled to the brim w toppings and the employees are super awesome. Comes w vegetarian broth.

I had the broccoli and tofu pho but they also had several other vegetarian options. I’m not sure if the broth is vegan or not. Spring rolls are vegan.

I get the cost of food has gone up, but the price to portion of Phó was not in line. Went there with a friend and got one small plate of bean sprouts and garnishes to share. There was barely any meat in the broth, which didn't have much flavor to it (I had to add a ton of hoison). I waited to write a review before I visited one of my favorite spots in Washington State to compare portions, price, and flavor. Wasn't even close at Nguyen Pho. The atmosphere is nice being near the City Market, and the restraunt is nice, but the food didn't hit like it should. Still on the search for good Phó in KC.

I ordered a P5 combination beef pho (added hoisin sriracha) and my friend ordered a V4- Grilled pork, egg roll shrimp. For appetizer, we ordered a crab Rangoon (came out freshly fried) and shrimp spring rolls. The portion for price was great and definitely worth it. The flavors were amazing and the food came out faaast, thank goodness cause we were starving! Seems that water is automatically served, which was fine. Only bottled soft drinks, so no Refills. Our server did not come to check on us, which might be typical there considering you shouldn't run out of what you're given. If you need a drink refill, you need to flag someone down. Asked for a to-go box and they were quick to assist so no problem. We did go later in the evening and the restaurant just flowed and was overall great!
