The Classic Cup - Kansas City

We haven't been to The Cup in a couple of years, and I didn't remember them taking reservations, but when we arrived this morning at opening time, we were told we couldn't be seated without one.

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at this restaurant. I usually go for the Sicilian omelette, but this time I tried the special which was a chicken sausage omelette with pesto. It was delicious and very satisfying. The service has always been great and the atmosphere is cozy. The only downside is that sometimes the air conditioning is too high and it can get chilly if you're sitting close to the vent. Overall, the food is consistently good and I highly recommend this place for a decent breakfast in town.

Great variety of breakfast choices and the food is very good . They also have great adult beverage choices.

Such a sweet brunch spot. the atmosphere was comfortable and we sat right away at the arrival, but I would expect a wait. the restaurant was very busy, but the staff still has an excellent customer service. maria lou was my waitress, she was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu points and did a wonderful work that helps me with my order. my food arrived immediately and I was very happy with my choice.
