I was very pleased with the efficiency of the takeover process. From the order on the phone, to the parking lot in the scheduled pickups, to go and pay for my order. CPK definitely has this. There was very minimal waiting time and the process was super easy. Customer service was also very friendly on the phone and when I went inside to pay. However, I was disappointed with the quality of food. My food was so boiled, it was unpleasant to eat. I was also disappointed with the size of the pizza. The pizzas were quite small compared to the price. Definitely not worth the price for this pizza because of taste and size.

Mom's 85. Bday party of 13.... I think our waiter was new... inexperienced or overwhelmed because he remained more than he served us... had to go to the counter a few times to ask for napkins... water... etc. I couldn't stay with us. Eating was fine, but some things boiled a bit... Mgr was attentive to our concerns... Drinking were great Margherita's n Sangrias...

Overall no bad experience, but compared to my visit to another location in Virginia, it was not the same great experience. My server Sami was very nice and her customer service was good. The restaurant was not packed at all, so it was kind of annoying that our drink from the bar took a while to come to us. Our food was fast and came nice and hot. My only problem with eating was that they ran out of regular peppermint, just think it's something that a pizza place shouldn't run out. All in all, I like it and would come back.

Uhhh halfway thru my salad I found this not so delicious morsel of plastic! So glad I didn't chomp too hard on it! Could have caused some serious damage! It's a $20 salad so I'm debating whether to just finish it hoping for no more surprises? Or cut my losses and chuck it? ? Food usually good, cashiers and servers pleasant. Good location.
