Bernard Pub Andel - Karlin

I must say, I cannot completely identify with the reviews here. I visit this establishment relatively regularly. I personally really like Bernard beer and it tastes good here (although, to be objective, I have found it to be warmer than it should be on rare occasions. Besides, if someone doesn't like Bernard as I read in reviews here, why come here?). I haven't encountered any moderation issues here unlike at Kozlovna. The atmosphere is pleasant, and I have never had any problems with the service. The food has always tasted good to me, the only bad experience I had was when they brought my friend an undercooked burger (raw meat). However, they immediately apologized and brought a new burger without any hesitation. So I think that can be forgiven. It happens even in more reputable establishments and it's mainly about how the staff handles it. Nobody is perfect, although it is of course not pleasing. Personally, I like the spaghetti with beef nut and I used to really enjoy the beer burger (it's a shame it's no longer on the menu). As a beer snack, the potato fries are excellent. I definitely won't go under the rating in the green field. My last visit to this establishment was yesterday, so I think these impressions are quite current.

Nice atmosphere and very friendly service. We had a hamburger and a tortilla for our meal. The hamburger was average but definitely not bad, and the tortilla was really good. For drinks, we had a dark beer which we really enjoyed, and I also tried a cocktail but didn't like it very much, but that's just personal taste. We will definitely come back again.

Perfect gastro experience, very good food, smiling and very accommodating service. When it comes to changes, there was no problem, the professional waitress handled my request. We will gladly return to this family atmosphere for great prices.

Moc dobré jídlo, měli jsme super žebra a obsluha byla milá. Super pivo se správnou teplotou. Rádi sem chodíme na jídlo. : Honza

Pivo Bernard mám rád a taková hospoda mi chyběla. Jídlo bylo výborné, obsluha milá a přijemná. Krásný nový interiér hospody budí hezký celkový dojem z restaurace.
