When not realising that you have to order ketchup with your meal I politely asked if I could buy some and was told rudely by the female staff member (Yama)I could only order at the self service system. You cannot only order ketchup using that system. Basically she could not be bothered to put some through the till even though it wasn’t busy at all. Just lazy

It was late night at around 3 A.M. there we're only a few customers, and there was no rush, and we were a group of 5ppl had food and was sitting there and talking afterwards, but the waiter requested us to leave as we were done having the meal.

Clean, nice, fast and not too crowded. Wi-Fi works and lots of seats upstairs. Toilet is either 1€ or 10 czk.

La orden super rápida. Pedí un long chicken y en menos de 5 minutos me la dieron, un domingo.
