Santinka Bistro - Karlin

Sometimes it's literally excellent, sometimes it's just good: It still lacks that home baking touch when it's a family business and it would be perfect. It can get quite busy during lunchtime though, so finding a seat can be a problem at times.

Lovely little bistro in Dejvice on Podbaba. It's very pleasant to sit outside in the summer in front of the bistro, but beware, the capacity of tables is limited! I recommend trying their tartare!

Bistro Santinka is a very pleasant place to visit. They offer a variety of simple dishes such as traditional beef tartare, potatoes stuffed with toppings, salads, and sandwiches. Although Bistro Santinka is a bit out of the way, if you find yourself in the area, it's definitely worth a visit. The interior design is worth mentioning, especially the wall with moving heads of the owners. The owners of Bistro Santinka also own restaurants Na Kopci and Na Konci, who enjoy opening establishments in remote locations.
