Bon Ton - Katoomba

The service here is slow and you will be waiting for your meal a while maybe up to 45 minutes. There are no numbers on the outside tables so the waitresses get confused to what table to go to and often go to the wrong one. It is also over priced for what you get. Only come here if you have no other choice as there are better places which are more affordable. Your meal will come warm and not hot.

The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. However, we ordered our food and ended up waiting an hour for small portions of mediocre dishes. The food was something anyone could easily prepare at home—nothing outstanding. The portions, particularly for the fish, were especially tiny.

Beautiful restaurant with great ambience and delicious dishes. The hotel is located in the village of Leura, Blue Mountains NSW.

The food was flawless. Friendly waiting staff. If you look at other reviews, they may not have viewed a menu before they board. We knew what to expect until the prices went. If you want the experience, you expect to pay for it. Most other cafés were small and crowded, but we could eat in comfort. Great for people who don't like crowded places.

A very warm and welcoming place. Such friendly people with a great sense of humor. Oh, the food and the service exemplary is the word. The prices are better than Sydney's, so those who don't want to read the menu published outside really don't complain. For me, Bon Ton is excellent value and a great experience... I will certainly be back...10/10.
