Music 45 - Kawasaki

Nice little place in the second floor. the owner, Yoshi-san, is a sweet and humble man who can speak English conversation, even though he says otherwise. get what he recommends! worked well for us.

This place is great! the owner, yoshi, was there to serve us and spoke very well English. he is very friendly and genuine and knows his drinks too! he was able to give advice on what Japanese whisky like to drink, which was comparable to the scotch I like. he did not disappoint. in the night we went there were 3 djs on rotation so that a 500yen coverage fee per person was applied. he accepts cash only to come so prepared. this place is located directly in the heart of shibuya and ideal for a cool night or as a passage through drinking hole for the night. If you want to eat before they go here, they go to hakushu, which is two doors down. some of the best foods cooked right in front of them. very unique experience. Great whisky selection and someone also turned jazz, which was super chill. nice that we decided to drink a short drink before dinner (ok, it was a couple) at this place when someone told us about outside how we came by. I think it was either a co-owner or manager from the east coast. we didn't know what to expect, but the barkeeper was super nice and welcoming. has laughed a few times to one of my fav bars in shibuya to just relax and enjoy the mood

We had the chance to spend some of our nights in tokio with mr. yoshi in the 45 bar and I can't recommend it enough. great music, great selection of drinks, but the best of them is the people they find inside.

This is my new favourite bar in Shibuya. The staff are genuinely warm and kind, and enthusiastic and engaging about playing and talking about music. They have an amazing selection of drinks; we had a shiso vodka I'd never seen before that was bright and smooth, and a variety of cocktails.
