Each visit we order the dry rub wings and they are perfection! So yummy! The servers are great! Though often quite busy, the the owner, Javier, always stopped by to say hi! Great food and wonderful service!
My husband and I ate here on a busy Friday evening. The service was uh, ok. Our waitress didn’t seem to be the customer service type. She was a little friendly but didn’t go out of her way to refill our water, ask if we needed anything else or see how the food was. We ordered wings as an appetizer. They were good. My husband ordered the salmon sandwich for dinner. He LOVED it. I ordered the Sticky Finger salad. I was HUGELY disappointed. Irritated, actually. I’ve had the salad before- at a Winger’s in another city here in Northern Utah. On that salad, there was so much more chicken! This salad had hardly any chicken. I won’t be ordering that ever again- at least not if we come back to this Winger’s. My husband and I both used the bathrooms. They were very clean and well maintained.
Terrible service. Even worse food. Walked in at 1140 only new customers 4 kids 2 adults. (2 tables were already eating) Waitress finally took our order at 12:04. By the time she took our order about 5 other tables showed up. One being about 10 people who she took their food order before ours. Miraculously every table who showed up after us all our food came out at the same time. The garlic fries were so soggy, the chicken was so flimsy couldn't keep its form. You couldn't even call it crispy chicken, the kids menu portion size is for ants. It had 17 French fries and the smallest chicken strips (2) I've ever seen. (Almost like they cut 1 into 3 pieces) the popcorn was stale and bland. Like it's been in the machine for a week. Apparently they are running low on beverages because our drinks were brought to us half full with no ice. And when I had to ASK for a refill it came with 2 ice cubes and half full again. The waitress/cook/host said they were out of things we asked for... lemons, teriyaki sauce, croutons.... I'm sure there is more I could mention. I don't normally leave reviews but this was just way to bad of an experience to not say anything. Avoid. Unless you like bad service and food. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Took the family for an early dinner and had a great time! Kids got everything they wanted and our server (Sierra) even brought extra apple slices to avoid a war. The sticky finger wrap is so good and the garlic fries were perfectly seasoned. We love coming here for the fun atmosphere, great food and fair prices!
We live close and have been eating there about once a week since the place opened. The food has always been fine. The service is in a steady decline. They have been out of coke syrup 2 of the last 3 visits. They didn't bring popcorn to the table 2 of the last 3 visits. Last night it was 40 minutes from order to food arriving. No one checked on us during the meal so drinks were empty. We had to get up and find the server to ask for a check. Even then it was about 10 minutes before it came. We go enough to know this appears to becoming the norm. Some manager/owner needs to pay attention.
