Starbucks - Kelowna

Whenever I place my orders through the mobile app, I always try to do so at least 20 minutes in advance. Today, I ordered a coffee, and the app indicated it would be ready in about 10 minutes, which was fantastic. However, when I arrived, I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for my coffee, making me late for work since it took 10 minutes longer than anticipated. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this location. I was further frustrated to see that there was only one other customer in the store, yet it still took 20 minutes to prepare my coffee. I'm really not impressed.

This Starbucks experience was quite good. I received my drink, a grande iced vanilla chai, immediately, but my sister's order unexpectedly took 20 minutes. Nevertheless, I would definitely return.

"Free parking is conveniently available. The venue is wheelchair accessible and features no stairs."

The food and drink selection here is absolutely delightful! I just wish they had a wider array of vegan options and didn't charge extra for plant-based milks. Aside from that, the prices are quite fair, and the interior is always well-maintained.

Initially, I suspected I was being played for a joke, but I'm starting to believe that this is simply how the coffee is meant to taste.
