I drive for a living... and coming to the Waffle House was on my bucket list. The location in N.C. Kenly is amazing. Their employees are so nice and friendly and are ready to help you as soon as you walk in the the door. If youre in Kenly you have to stop by this Waffle House!! VERY WELCOMING STAFF WE SAT AT THE COUNTER I FORGET OUR WAITRESSESS NAME BUT SHE HAD DREDS AND WORE GLASSES I THINK...(I WAS A TAD TIPSY SORRY LOL) SHE WAS REALLY REALLY NICE FOOD DIDNT TAKE LONG AND SHE DIDNT GET UPSET WHEN I CHANGED MY ORDER WHICH IN MY DEFENSE WAS BESCAUSE THE STEAK THEY WERE GONNA USE LOOKED OLD WHICH I ONLY NOTICED CUZ I WAS AT THE COUNTER... PLUS THE FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD TOO WAFFLE WAS SOFT FLUFFY AND SYRUP WASN'T OVERLY SWEET. ONLY REASON NOT 5 STARS IS CUZ THEY DIDNT HAVE WHIP CREAM AND CUZ I HEARD THE WAITRESSES (NOT OUR WAITRESS) SPEAKING ABOUT US NOT TIPPING OUR WAITRESS WHICH IN OUR DEFENSE WE DID TIP HER JUST NOT UNTIL WE LEFT AND NOT ON THE CARD WE PAID HER WITH WE TIPPED CASH. BUT I GUESS SINCE WE PAID EARLY SHE MAY HAVE THOUGHT WE WOULDNT GIVE ANYTHING BUT I DIGRESS ALL IN ALL AN EXCELLENT SPOT FRIENDLY STAFF AND GOOD FOOD JUST NEEDS WHIP CREAM FOR FAT GIRLS LIKE ME
