How do you want to tell a customer that they can't insert in the window? smh I will not be back when I get this kind of service. that's the only place I'm gonna eat fried chicken, but not anymore.

I'll wait in 30 minutes. I'm coming to the door and I'm saying they're closed. the door clearly says that they close at 10 o'clock. the service was terrible. the dame on the microphone said that I'm sorry we've closed there that I can't do anything about it. they needed to say that they have a revered son! I was looking forward to my huh. the line had about 15 cars.

The staff at Church?s Kenner, LA location didn?t seem competent enough to get the job done. I was berated by the cashier in the window after she continuously dismissed my concern. The manager did try to rectify the issue, but she simultaneously contributed to the problem when she mistook my order. I?m glad the food was fresh, because the service was trash.
