Extremely disappointing. Made clear communication of what was desired for a milestone birthday party, confirmed this could be done how we wanted it in the time frame requested. Sent a few photos as well to elongate confusion.

Ordered several cakes through out the years for my daughters birthdays (at the Zion location). Had great experiences and cakes were wonderful. But, the last time I used them was extremely disappointing (Zenosha location). I sent photos and requested 2 tiered cake. When we went to grab the cake it was one large rectangle. Whomp. If you payment upfront, review your order, you assume it’s going to come out right. Don’t get me wrong it was delicious. Just not what we agreed on.

Can't say thank you enough for the wonderful cake. Jean made my daughters 5th birthday cake and it was wonderful. so many comments and wanting information to order.

I got my daughters birthday cake from this place, and everyone enjoyed it! It tastes great, fluffy cake and the icing was perfect not too sweet!!! Thank you for making my daughters birthday great!!
