Domino's Pizza - Kent

Ordered a pizza at around 11pm. Called store and confirmed order was going out at around 11:30pm. Order never delivered as of 1:15am. No contact or notice. Horrible service. I?ve been a loyal Dominos customer for years but this is the 2nd time this has happened in a month. I?m done.

Phone rings forever with no answer. This is the second Friday in a row, gave up after 30 minutes: my math says the 'Noid owes me a couple pies just for the hold time. Online ordering doesn 't work either. This location is making dominos look bad. I worked at dominos years ago, and really, it 's not this difficult!!!!

Frustrating is the word that comes to mind in regards to this store. I choose Dominos because of delivery and quality for the price. This store is fairly new, but almost always closed around dinner time. The Domino?s app, that you are encouraged to use, will not allow me to order from another store. When I call the previous location that I used to order from, they tell me they can?t deliver to my house anymore because this location is closer. If the franchise owner cannot keep regular hours, then Dominoes Corporate needs to fix the delivery situation for those that live close by. I am no longer a Domino?s customer. I guess it?s Pizza Hut now, since they seem to be able to deliver a pizza to my front door.

This place is the worst dominos pizza ever the staff don't answer the phone no one cares the experience is horrible recommend to no one the deserve to be close down

I ordered a pizza for myself my work crew here yesterday. I hadn't been to Domino's recently, but it was close and affordable. I'm so glad I did! Unfortunately, I didn't catch the young man's name who was working solo there, but he was fantastic, and so helpful! He introduced himself to me as the new manager and said he was working hard to improve the image of the store, which he knew was bad. He went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience and even asked me if I wanted complimentary garlic oil on my crust. It's rare to find people who actually care about exceptional customer service nowadays, so I wanted to give him a shout out. I will be back to this store for sure in the future, oh and btw the pizza was delicious!
