Subway - Kernersville

The food is really good, but the customer service is everything for me

When I went to this store, a subway employee sat on a chair. It is a caucasian at 4'10 height. She seemed very annoyed by me to go to the store to order some food as she enjoys her rest and alone time in the store. This happened to me a few times with this employee, and seems like they don't like to serve customers and I feel very uncomfortable to order food from her as she gave me these middle girls' attitude. I thought she was just treating me like that, but she also treated the customer before me. I hope the franchise owner sees my review and it would be nice for them to improve customer service.

Every week I go to the subway and pick up a subway for a family friend who cannot drive due to a stroke. Every week the staff is attentive and polite! The food is fresh and delicious! Great job!

Very clean, and nice and happy employees to serve you. Good prices on sub of the day. Chips, cookies and soda too.
