Contribuisci feedbackFood is great and so are the people. BUT the shake machine has been broken for months. Can you not afford to get it fixed or get a new one? I know for a fact a lot of people order shakes from you guys and are always disappointed.
Horribly disappointing. No one ahead of us, ordered and when I got to the window the cashier stood talking to a coworker some. Cashier had no clue what he was doing with only one car/order and made a second (extra drink shortly after handing out the first. Was taking awhile but I figured they must be dropping fresh fries, nope tried to eat them on the way home to find they were room temp and hard like they had been sitting under the light for awhile. Got home to find barely a sandwich let alone the half pound beef cheddar I had order. (See photo of their half pound . After seeing other reviews I would not recommend or go back.
Every time I have ordered here they forget something. A French Dip is not good with out the DIP.Parking: Double check your BAG
When I pulled up to the drive through no one answered. So I drive up to the window. And the attendant tells me that the drive through person earpiece and microphone battery was dead. I commented loudly that they should do their job, Not knowing that the battery on their device that died. The manager came to the window and asked me what my problem was. And I explained that I had been sitting at the ordering kiosk for some time without anyone responding. I was finally able to place my order at the window and got my food after a long wait.
No one in line in front of us facility is a drive-thru only waited over 6 minutes to get the order taken received the order drove away to find out it was the wrong order when I returned the Young attendant had such an attitude then the order was wrong of second time and when I pointed that out I've got a window slammed in front of me with an attitude
