Denny's - Kerrville

This place has to be the slowest place to eat in Kerrville on top of that the main manager is a very rude person, I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs unless you want your day ruined. Staff couldn't be any worse, I couldn't believe the manager she's a short lady with grey hair when she greets you at the door she asks you well are you coming in or not! Also they have flagged my post on here twice they should spend there time more efficiently greeting and helping customers. Absolutely Terrible Place!!!

My Service, and My Breakfast was Awesome, I will Definitely be coming back. The Manager is very Profesional, attentive to Details, and Very Efficient at what she does. My Server ensured my coffee stayed ? hot and Full. Thank You

I had a most unfortunate and extraordinary encounter with a loud, abrasive older female waitress at the Denny's today. When we entered the restaurant that is my wife and i, we waited several minutes to be seated. The waitress again who was an older gray-haired lady heavyset escorted us. I asked her politely for a table. She said, and I quote, I already knew that. My wife and I both felt, it was as if she was saying you're too old and fat to fit in a booth.. regardless, we sat down and waited to be served. After about 5:00 or more minutes of waiting and that waitress watching us. We finally got up to leave. On the way out she asked us why are you leaving and I told her we won't waited on and the comment that she made made us feel like we were old and fat. She started raising her voice and saying that's not what I meant that's not what I meant. Unfortunately it was and I left the restaurant. HOWEVER, that was not the end. She actually came running out of the restaurant and confronted me near my car and started screaming saying that's not what you meant to say and I was rude and actually came towards the car. I consider this a highly threatening action. I had to say stop don't come any closer to my vehicle. She continued to do so until I told her again to stop. she was still ranting on the way back into the restaurant. In my 70 years of life, I have never seen such an action by a waitress. I considered her behavior as threatening. And was close to calling the police. This woman needs to be fired. The behavior is totally unacceptable.

I love this restaurant through everything!! Covid almost closed it down with the staff working overtime and the managers apologizing for the staff shortage and the food was still hot and they were still making it happen!!The best Denny's crew by far from San Antonio to Kerrville!!
