We sat outside in a charming little area. It's a shame it wasn't a warm day, as the weather had been pleasant all week. I can see why this place is popular; it has a beautiful location by the canal.
This restaurant is a truly beautiful hidden gem. We stopped by during a long trip, and the food and drinks were outstanding! There was also a wide selection of cakes to choose from. Although it was a bit pricey, it was worth it for the quality offered. The location is charming, situated alongside a lovely small canal with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Our server was excellent and helped us find the best deal for our orders. I would definitely return to this stunning hidden gem!
The coffee and cake were good, but the drinks came in one-way cups and boxes, which was a bit unclear. We weren't exactly sure who ordered the cappuccino, latte, or flat white. However, there were no complaints about the cake! It's a nice spot to relax and watch boats and kayaks on the canal while taking a stroll.
In a picturesque location at the canal in thrupp. a beautiful location and an ideal location for a refreshment stop in the environment. the personal is very friendly and welcoming. the service is excellent, even during the busy times. the full english breakfast with a cup tee was delicious. we will certainly visit again.
A lovely tea house in a gorgeous location with both plenty of seating and parking and some wonderful walks around. Minus one star as it’s quite pricey and the coffee isn’t particularly tasty. It’s also popular so on weekends there’s usually quite a wait. Toilets could also do with some updating.
