Mcdonald's - Kilgore

I love McDonald 's Sugar-Free French Vanilla Iced Coffee. I always experience fast and courteous customer service. Yesterday, as I waited while the cashier counted her change. She did not acknowledge me or say, I will be with you shortly. Instead I was ignored. Then without a word to me, she closed the window and walked away. I laughed, as this was so unbelievable. Then I laid on my horn, wanting to draw the attention of a manager. When the young lady came back, I told her, That was very rude! She did not respond, except to ask me if I wanted a receipt. In hindsight, this employee could have just been washing her hands, however her behavior raises serious questions. Will I patronage McDonald 's again...probably.

Just a convenient fast place to go to but you sometimes get hot food and sometimes cold and besides the $1 and $2&3 menu they are high. Burger King always have coupons w/ good deals and it's always really good so I usually go there.

If you go to the location on Shreveport Barksdale Rd,Awesome, well placed order but had a problem call the manager and just like that he rectified my order and I enjoyed my order OMG it was awesome and if I tell you I really enjoyed the experience loved it THX De marcus if memory serves me correct ,thank you so much Sir
