Starbucks - Killeen

This Starbucks is a cut over the rest! The whole place is kept very tidy and tidy by amazing staff and they always get my order right. A revolt for me is a sweet girl called Laila! If you see her work, you're nice to her. I saw someone screaming at her one day and breaking my heart because she's always so nice. Keep the good work and you will have a customer for life!!!

I came last week for a much needed dose of caffeine. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome, from which I think was either the manager or owner. I explained that I had ordered a drink from another place, but the milk was spoiled, which I did not recognize until I had already left and came on the way to the hospital where my father was (via the St). He gave me his condolences and ordered the baristas to restore my drink. The other employees were also polite and friendly. When my drink was ready, they had put it in a complementary reusable cup with a beautiful message of encouragement. Something that was so easy that I feel a bit more comforted and made a lasting impression. I sincerely appreciate your concern, compassion and excellent customer service. I recommend this situation and will definitely be when I'm ever back in town.

Is it bad if your local starbucks know your order, your name and dog name when you move to the order, pup cup ready? No? Okay, just to make sure? You are amazing!!!!! You really do my morning? #HiMyNameIsAnitaImAStarbucksAddict

Every time I order from the app to this Starbucks I never get the correct drinks. Today I ordered a Brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and I got a blonde espresso. $7 coffee poured down the sink.

Drive thru staff are so friendly EVERYTIME I go. Sam and Melanie are so sweet and such a breath of fresh air when I stop for my morning oatmeal and caramel ribbon crunch frappe. Whatever you do please don’t ever lose these employees especially Sam!
