Contribuisci feedbackThis place isn't totally bad. If you go through the drive-through, that is. If you do come to this location, just use the drive-through because going inside is a whole mess. Their is no posted menu. You have to read off of the 1 small menu they have sitting out. Bring your reading glasses if you need them. Lol. Also, their lobby soda machine was out of EVERYTHING, and trying to get someone to fill your drink from the other side was obviously a lot to ask for. You will wait forever for your food, then only get half of what you ordered. Go through the drive-through, though, and they got you. Go inside, and listen to the team lead, talk down to her fellow employees, and start arguments in front of customers. Super unprofessional and weird atmosphere inside.
They didn’t have 2/3 of the things that I wanted and the one thing I did order, I didn’t even get.
Hard to get answers to my questions as the staff were all laughing the whole time. They were out of 2 of the 3 things I wanted (baked potato and pumpkin frosty). Arrived home after getting my food and my friends food to find they didn't even give me the one thing I wanted that they did say they had. DO NOT recommend.
Totally weird experience. No posted menu!!! One is apparently expected to install the Wendy's app to order here, unless you're okay with ordering from the little unpriced sheet they keep at the register the one that curiously omits all of the special deals Wendy's touts in their ads. The place was not clean. Nice building though. Newsome's in Burgess is a much better choice.
This Wendy 's is the perfect example of what the fast food industry has degraded to since covid. The term service with a smile is a thing of the past. It 's a really sad commentary as to what this world has come to.
