Lovely piping hot delicious food, good variety, very friendly staff,only blip on a lovely meal, no fault of restaurant, there was some realy rude,people who were swearing, about the food, and were refusing to pay for their food, just want to reassure ROYAL GOURMET, there was nothing wrong with you're food, it was delicious. Delicious food but the delivery man absolutely awful and unprofessional. Kick in the door and very rude when I politely asked to knock next time. Regarding answer to my review it’s just one big Lia. The lady did wait for the driver as this wasn’t first time when we ardered from your restaurant and the same driver kicked the door. It’s just not nice. As I said food in your restaurant is really delicious and there was another driver other day British I presume who was absolutely lovely and polite only this one specific driver always kick the door and is pretty rude Not a very good reply for a comment that’s just show the level of customer service. “Sorry” would be more than enough. Anyway thank you for the reply and please don’t go down with customer service as this is really best Chinese food in Kings Lynn in my opinion.
