Contribuisci feedbackThe last few times when ordering out the service was less than desirable, but today it was to the point, I'm sure we probably work again. Placed a to-go order at 4:22pm and was quoted 20-30 mins. Arrived and paid for the meal at 4:45 pm and was recommended that it was another 5 min because the soup was not ready yet. I was fine with it and sat down. After I was unable to get the attention of the waitress, I spoke to another waitress at 5:22 and was told that the soup is not ready and you 'll have to talk to the other girl because I just came here. When I finally found the original waitress, she told me that the soup is not ready. I remembered that I ordered an hour ago and that she had told me 45mins before it would wait a 5min (being that it was now 5:30). Then I was told that they had to make a new soup and she didn't know if she was ready. I asked her if she could check it. A few minutes later my order was brought out, not from her, but from the other waitress without a single word. No apology, no thanks for your patience, just silence, as if it were an inconvenience. Communication was missing, I would have liked to say it if they were to make a completely new approach that would last 45 additional minutes. I could have removed it from my order or chose another soup. Instead, I let myself feel ignored and as if I was a troubler to ask for an update. Another client who was waiting said I was more patient than she would have been. Unfortunately, my patience has expired for this place.
Had the vegetarian calzone at the Kingsburg site. It was really good. Only would they propose to sow the vegetables first so that the peppers are done a little more and release the mushrooms a little juice before they cook in the calzone. When cutting it loosened a lot of liquid. But the sauce was good and there was a lot of cheese.
Pleasant culinary experience. Comfortable diving with good service. The Minestrone soup was excellent. Good portions and cheap.
Update 8/13/22 15 to 20 minutes for pickup. I'll wait over 40. Update 3/21/22 I have ordered 3 times since the owner has reached me. Every three times the service has been improved far, and the food is of the highest quality. I'm glad to say that I see good changes, and I hope it stays that way. My family loves their pizza, it's delicious. However, the service for the last few months is scary. I was stopped for 45 minutes. I called several times and they don't answer. Today, however, was the last straw. I ordered a pickup. An hour ago. I wanted to pick up and they didn't have my order. Then it took 5 minutes for someone to adapt that they didn't have my order while I was in front of the store. You didn't even tell me I had to ask. This place became garbage, and they don't care about their customers. I won't return. Nickolaus, I came in with my wife to talk to you. A boy came to the counter and asked us what we needed. I asked about you and he said he just left, would you like to talk to him? I told you to come in and talk to him. Then he murmurs under his breath and went away to clean a table. He never recognized me or my wife again.
My friend I wanted pasta so we went to DiCiccos which was my first time at this location; have been to other DiCiccos at other locations. Staff was friendly, prompt our meals were on point? chill vibe our waitress was great the gentlemen at the cashier counter was so nice to bring me a plastic bag for my leftovers to go into cuz he said he didn't want the paper bag that was given by my waitress to rip on me. So very courteous I loved that so I will be returning since I now know this DiCiccos is near Hanford where I live. And my Momma I love their Scarface even surprised my Mom when I got home with an order of Scarface for her since she hasn't eaten at a DiCiccos since the one operating in Hanford closed so that's been years. Our tummy's were very happy! ??
