I just stopped in on a road trip. I met Lorie, an employee who had the sweetest personality and made a fast food restaurant so refreshing. Her kindness was amazing.

I was all ready to spend money for breakfast, and I walked over from my hotel, but the dining room doesn't seem to open until 9:00 a.m., I didn't feel like going back to get my car so I just walked to McDonald's nextdoor instead. Hey pandemic is over open the dining room. You can handle it!

Nothing special here, but no issues. Just stopped for a cup of coffee while traveling. Would be nice if staff was more friendly.

We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt again ,and they burnt the sausage,overheated the cheese etc.Upon our return the manager ,tall black guy,was very unprofessional and laughed at the situation like mishandling someone 's food is a joke...This place Sux!!We will not be back due to the lack of professionalism...

My husband and I went through the drive thru this evening and ordered 2 LARGE combo meals, we were charged for just that. The classic with all the fixings and recieved a cold burger with only meat and some bacon. Instead of 2 large fries, we recieve 2 MEDIUM fries that were almost empty and cold. They only order that was correct was the burger I ordered but it was literally thrown together that it had to be remade to even resemble a burger.
