Contribuisci feedbackThe service was extremely slow when I visited this restaurant. I enjoy going there during non-peak hours, but I would avoid it during the middle of the day. I waited nearly 20 minutes for my food from the time I got in line until I finally left.
This particular Tim Hortons location is the only one I know of where my order is incorrect approximately 10% of the time. They are often out of certain items. The manager does not seem to care, which impacts the overall service and quality of the products.
The restaurant is so incompetent that it takes 15 minutes just to pour a bowl of soup.
Went to the drive thru to get iced coffee with chocolate milk, hazelnut cold brew, and timbits.The cold brew was okay but donuts were stale and the iced coffee had nothing in it. We went back to say that there might have been a mistake in the iced coffee only to have been met with such passive aggressive manner. The server brought out the chocolate milk and poured it right in front and asked if this was enough. I am not one to complain about things as small as this but i paid for it and my coffee just had nothing in it. Not even plain milk or sugar. And i wanted to get what i paid extra for, only to be served with such manner. Thankfully the coffee was made again but I just didn’t like the service given.
Undoubtedly one of the best places for coffee and a snack, given the price.
