Chipotle Mexican Grill - Kingston

I really do like Chipotle usually but this location seems to always have problems. They seem to always be out of items and have no options for resolving problems. Picked up a To-go order and noticed there were no chips that were ordered. I was told they were out, and i had to call a 1-800 number to fix it. It wasn't until we got home that I also discovered the quac we paid for was also missing. If starbucks messes up your order, they give a gift card on the spot. If you're hungry, go across the street to Angel's. The food is better, cheaper, and a local business.

Always dirty. ALWAYS out of everything. Whether it’s tortillas, steak, chicken, cheese, guacamole, etc. And usually they’re out of everything all at once. Soda machines are usually down and don’t work. Ice machine is always broken. There’s a select few efficient and good employees but most of them have a bad attitude or are insanely slow. But I guess if I worked in this hell hole I would be miserable too.

At 11:45 They had no guacamole or corn couldn't heat up the burrito wrap Tabasco sauces were all empty the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty and they're online ordering system apparently was broken and everyone had to reorder waiting inside. what a mess this place needs management. Because I can't leave a review every ti.e I come don't go there rice wasn't cooked this time it's always terrible here.

Walked in around 8 and they had no rice which was very funny. Guy behind the counter was very nice. Made me laugh,will come again

No rice guy was nice struggled to open the door will come again.
