Shocking service from Joe and a terrible ordering system left us with the wrong drink and lock of options!! Avoid at all cost is my advice

I recently ordered the regular egg noodles with prawns in teriyaki sauce, with extra prawns and panko prawns on the side, as well as a bottle of water. The total came to over 16 pounds. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find only 8 prawns in the noodle box and 4 panko prawns. The food was tasteless. I will not be returning to this restaurant, but be cautious if you decide to try it.

On our first visit to Hull, we stumbled upon Wok Go, a bustling restaurant with a clean and inviting ambiance. We perused the menu displayed outside and opted to place our order using the large touchscreen iPads for a convenient contactless payment. We ordered a duck and Hoisin Large meal, a hot and spicy regular meal with drinks, all for under £15! We found a seat inside overlooking the shopping mall and our food arrived promptly in about 10 minutes. The food was piping hot and delicious, with well-cooked noodles, flavorful meat and vegetables, exactly as described on the menu. We were pleased to see that forks were provided for those who preferred not to use chopsticks. The food was fresh and satisfying, without any unpleasant side effects. We appreciated the open kitchen concept where we could watch the chefs preparing our meals, while also observing their meticulous cleaning practices. Overall, a fantastic meal at an incredible price. Highly recommend Wok Go for a delicious and affordable dining experience.

I ordered the katsu curry egg noodle dish and it tasted like a garbage bag that smells like a garbage bag before throwing it away. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend it.

Working hard all day In the heat took a trip to collect a fan and thought I would cheer myself up with a wok n go, looking forward to getting home and putting my feet up with some cool air n a saucy noodle box. To my absolute disgust I was presented with boiled rice topped with tofu! Absolute shambles! Waited ages which I didn’t mind at first, waste of time and money this is the second time I have been disappointed. Don’t bother going
