Burger King - Kinston

My favorite fast food restaurant to go to. I love the taste over Mickie D any day. Service is good and the drive thru was quick.

Onion rings were soaked in oil..tasted like they were just dropped in hot oil and taken right back out...nasty.

Waited for two of the new chicken sandwiches (1 spicy/1 hot). Apparently the car in front of us ordered four but they only make six at a time. Not sure why the other two weren't already cooking but I digress.Apparently, they take 15 minutes to cook, a fact that was not mentioned when we ordered, when we paid or when we were told to pull up once we got to the window to grab our food. It wasn't until my friend went inside, after we waited in the car for a little over ten minutes, that they explained what the hold up was.The chicken sandwiches were definitely not worth that fifteen minute wait as they were unseasoned and under-sauced.

Customer support is not a priority as it seems to the employee that it is not important. When I got into the window, I wasn't even taken. So the whole 10 minutes were waiting for nothing.

It was pretty good, but the service was a little slow because the lack of workers from covid
