Pizza Boy - Kirkcaldy Fife

I do not recommend this place, food was disgusting!!!!! Ordered chicken kebabs, was full of fatty bits of chicken, soggy salad and soggy pitta bread!!! Absolute waste of money, will not be back!!! So disappointing!!!

We informed the waitress that our order was incorrect, and she angrily tossed the pizza on the counter before walking away. Another staff member apologized for the mistake and offered us two free cans of juice. The waitress's attitude was appalling, and we will not be returning to this restaurant.

I placed my order at 6:15 PM and it didn't arrive until 7:45 PM! After calling to make a complaint, I was grateful that they didn't blame the delay on Covid.

Ordered four kebabs all of them had a few bits of meat and not joking One slice of tomato, One slice of the chamber and a little lettuce Don't waste your money in this place!

Ordered a pizza in December and after 2 hours of waiting decided to cancel, however pizzaboy still charged me for the pizza that never was. 3 weeks of phoning for a refund and waiting on the manager calling me back I thought I’d be brave and just ask for another pizza, lengthy wait and I’m sat here with a meatball pizza and I don’t eat meat. Hubby is off to the chippy! Used to love a pizzaboy treat but honestly service is appalling and I’d rather not be ripped off and fobbed off and given someone else’s dinner.
