The dumplings were juicy, and the pan-fried pork buns were both tender and flavorful. I also really enjoyed the spring rolls, and the jian bing was absolutely delicious, offering a wonderful texture and taste. The only letdown was the cucumbers; I prefer them to be more pickled.
The dumplings are excellent, with tender and juicy meat. The sauce for the tan tan noodles is rich in sesame flavor and complements the chili sauce beautifully. However, the food takes a bit of time to arrive, so please be patient.
Their dumplings are among the best I've tried in the Seattle area. They have a wonderfully homemade flavor. Some of their specialty dumplings include fish roe, adding a nice texture to the soft dumplings. Please consider supporting them as we head into the second year of dealing with COVID.
Good dumplings but amazing chili oil sauce thats a spicy, salty, a little sweet and some anise. Also I really like the jian bing (like a chinese eggy crepe) with ham, lettuce, and a lot of spicy sweet sauce.
They're handmade pork and shrimp dumplings are delicious. I've ordered twice in the last 3 days. They're super light and the portion is perfect to share or not to share. Watch out for their chili sauce super spicy but so good! The braised pork bento is full of flavor on top of a bowl of rice. Totally recommend ordering takeout or dine in!
