Taco Bell - Kissimmee

I appreciate that they stayed open all the way to closing. If you got your order in before they closed they made your meal and it came out fresh and hot. They didn't close a single second earlier.

The staff was very short and sharp and sounded like a party in the kitchen. it was annoyed that we wanted one of the muddy aromen to be ready and urged us to choose an alternative taste. eating was rather disappointing. minced bark tasted and looked very cheap and inconspicuous. Pity as others were much better!

I wanted to come late after work to get an evening meal. the tacos, chalupas and quesadilla were all fantastic. when they decide to come at night, make sure they lock their doors, as there are many people and they can never be safe. the workers were super friendly and were quick to get my food out. I was very impressed by the late night crew and their hectic to eat qualitatiw high quality taco bell. I'll come back in definitiw, but maybe during hours where there are sunlight and sitting places. 5/5

The cashier, Kelly, was not trained properly. I asked for an iced tea and was told they don't have it. I then looked at the menu and noticed the drinks weren't listed so I asked what drinks were on the menu. Kelly said Pepsi products. I asked what type of Pepsi products? She said Pepsi products! I again asked what type of Pepsi products and she snapped back, Pepsi products! I told her I don't drink sodas so I don't have any idea what Pepsi products to choose from. She finally snapped out the drinks I could order and I finally decided on a root beer.When we got to the window, I tried to let her know I didn't drink sodas so that was why I kept asking for the drinks available. She just walked away. She came back and gave me a bag and drink and closed the window. I am always asked if I want hot sauce when I receive my food so I was waiting for Kelly to finish my order. She finally looked at me as I was asking if my order was complete and she just was waving for me to leave the drove-up window. Needless to say, I left without getting my hot sauce.I will be sending an email to Taco Bell headquartered in Irvine which is a few minutes from my home. This will be my 1st complaint ever for Taco Bell.

I mean it's Taco Bell lol. Sometimes it's awesome and great with the service and food, and other times the order is made incorrectly. Also sometimes it's quick, and sometimes you'll sit in line for 20 minutes or more til you get your order. Really depends on the time and day.
