I don't know why this place has so bad reviews. I enjoyed the wonderful service and food here. We have the chicken nachos that was a HUGE portion size. It has brought us so full that we have split a duck for our main course. We have the Cajun chicken pasta. We mentioned the waitress we wanted to share, and she had split the part in 2 records for us! Super thoughtful and comfortable! We got the nut Brownie for Dessert and it was okay. Definitely on the sweet tooth. This place is located in the resort and opened til 1am. In my opinion, it has good bar food and a super casual ambience. It is all child-friendly - so much of the resort is. I would be careful when ordering because their portion sizes are good for two.
Located in the Gaylord Palms — large sports bar with couches and a huge display of TVs for all your gaming needs. Also you have a loft area for if it is really busy. Huge bar and good food. A little pricier then most sports bars but note where you are (a nice hotel). Great late night for a sweet tooth too!
Stars for really good starters. I love appetizers, small plates and appetizers. I can order 2 or 3 and share a variety of foods. Today, while in Gaylord we needed a late night meal and that was basically our only option as it is the sports bar. I ordered the chicken soup and the hummus plate. The chicken soup. $10 came in a large bowl and was filled up. The soup has roasted corn, chicken chicken, tomatoes and a beautiful broth. It comes with tortilla strips up. It was really good and I went back the next day for another order. The hummus was also very good. It tasted fresh and spiced with oil and herbs. The vegetables were fresh and partly burned. We had small hall, carrots, zucchini and a purple, crispy vegetables. It also came with many warm triangles of the Pita. These 2 plates were a hit if you do not want to order a full-fledged meal.
Wreckers Sports Bar at Gaylord Palms Kissimmee offers your favorite beverage along with some pub fare. Their claim; offering the largest sports screen in town (two story, 37 ft), you'll find broadcast sporting events and games. While the service was sub par, all seven of us had a good meal and drinks.
