Country Kettle - Knox

We went for the buffet. Food was tasting and service was phenomenal. The only issue was the buffet food was cold except for the eggs that had tomatoes. Those were piping hot! Everything else was not hot. :

Was specifically asked what I wanted on my sandwich. Get home and there's nothing on it. Just meat and bun. What's the point of asking if you're not going to do it.

Consistently good breakfast. I've never had anything other than breakfast

Food is OK. Service is terrible. I'm a regular here, and they frequently forget parts of my to go order forcing me to have to DRIVE BACK and pick up what they missed. (1 2 times a month) They never apologize, and have never offered anything to compensate. I dont think I'll be going here anymore... Also, when I tried to speak with a manager they were not available.
